How does the gametime sellers get free time?

You know all the gametime sellers, they put raf accounts on your account and somehow they get free time on the raf accounts. How do they do it?

I'm sure they won't tell anyone, since that would take them out of business, really.

But there is alot of people that does the same thing on other forums as well. It has to be leaked somewhere.

From personal experience, I unfortunately know what they do. They buy the game from Blizzard and then refund their payments later on, I know this 'cause I was trying to get my annual pass, but apparently could not because of this, I also got a mount taken away from it.

What Zurox says it the same answer as i can give you from my own experience.
When you buy gametime on a frozen account they give you a 30days gametime code that lasts for an hour so that you can recruit them, so i guess that they manage to do it by claiming back the money.
But if it is that way i do not know why blizzard have not done anything about it, so it might be something else as well.
Allot of OwnedCore members know how to do this, just that it has not been posted yet... why, i do not know.
