New Instance or BG?

I was running around hyjal today, and i found a bared off Green swirling portal. I was wondering if any of you have found this yet and know what it is or how i can bypass the bars like mybe model change them out or if a mage can blink past them.

its an instance, run right up to it and drop ur hearthstone and do auto unstuck to get in no monstors or anything tho

Cool tyvm wouldent have figuredn that out myself. I also relized i forgot to put cords on post of where it is fo the others that dont know, so ill edit it.
