Anyone have a anti afk macro?

Title says it all i wanna know a macro or somehting that makes it so you dont go afk. I think someone posted one here before but i cant seem to find it.

God forbid you link to one and just tell him the proper section, you know, instead of being an ass about it. When someone looks around and can't find one, and they see [Ask QUESTIONS HERE]... then you know, just maybe they will ask questions here.

he can still use search, as for you accusing me of being an ass, theres to many posts like this. ive seen atleast 5 "how i get gm island 112 on server of blizz?" posts AFTER we had the guide+speech2 uploaded....its annoying seeing this stuff when all they have to do is click a section and read the topic names....

An easy one would be if you used Moxzbot's script and left f12 empty of a keybind, and set f10 to /cast some random buff on yourself. If you're very lazy, liek most people, that will work with bare minimum effort. may not be pretty, but i tried it and it's just fine.
