Need some help with RAF

Well, i want to do RAF With a friend of mine, im from the US and he is from Denmark and for some reason, if you have an account that is registered to a Danish person, you cannot use the RAF feature. Here is an excerpt from the EU wow site:

"Players with a World of Warcraft account from the following countries are able to use the "Recruit A Friend" service: Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, UK, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania and Belgium. Players from outside of these countries; players with trial accounts, or with full accounts with five referrals from the "Recruit A Friend" service currently pending, are ineligible."

For some odd reason, Danish people cannot use RAF. I am probably going to start a new account, and use RAF to recruit him, seeing that i will probably level more and i would like to be able to grant him levels. Anyways, does anyone know a way to et around this restriction for my Danish friend.

Not sure why any else hasn't responded, But here we go.

Not sure why they have a restriction it's kinda odd.
Maybe a way to get around it is for him to Pose as a U.S Account, and buy game time with a Pre-Paid card, Make a U.S/E.U Email, Things like that.
Not really sure how to explain any further.

Rather that he'd need to make a fake alias since he as a person is registred as a citizen in Denmark. Not sure if it'd help using a proxy/vpn to change you geographical ip zone. Otherwise I suppose you could start 2 account and he pays you somehow..?

I've made a new account recently, just stating I live in Sweden (im from denmark as well). Works just fine. I would just not suggest using your real last name =)

Btw we in denmark cant recruit because of a law we have,
