A bot is stocking our guild bank, are we at risk?

My guild is a active raiding guild with many active members, completing Ulduar/TOC/etc. A level 1 has been giving us hundreds of flasks/mats/gold for repairs, across the span of a month. We're not sure who recruited him, and he is at lowest rank. He's on shortly every other day or so, only long enough to deposit - he doesn't reply to whispers. We don't have proof but we are pretty sure it belongs to a botter. It probably belong to someone in the guild, but we are keeping it under the radar at the moment and don't want to ask everyone. Those of us in charge don't have an issue with it, but are we at risk for any punishment for using these mats and gold? The fact that we think its a bot has not been mentioned in-game ever.

If the bot is discovered/reported are we liable for using the materials/gold?

    Thank you.

The accounts / IPs related to it will get banned if caught. You'll see him disapear along with 1 of your raiders. Guild banking things is the safest way to "secure" things. As once people start picking into it, blizzard can't ban an entire guild.

I think you would be liable yes, and the safest thing to do would be to boot the bot, see who says 'why'd you do that?' boot him. and delete the mats. If your doing Ulduar & ToC. Don't risk it.
