Solled my original account, any risks getting it back?

So I recently sold my account, and tried to scam the guy by getting it back.
But once I did this, he checked which email it was on (prolly with retrieve pass) and mailed me by saying he was gonna take legal action.

    My question:
Can he actually take legal action, and if yes, what kind?
Please help, cause if he can't do shit, Ill scam way more ppl like this :P

Solled my original account, any risks getting it back?

Probably not, but even if he can, it's not worth the lawyer's fee's. Hope that helped.

I really hope you run into someone that can afford it and will plan to sue out of principle, it's garbage like you that make selling and buying accounts a risky business.

he could probably report you to the bank for fraud and if he has proof you sold him the account then theyd probably contact the police. but since itd be very hard to prove which account you sold him i doubt anything could happend. i did how ever read about something like this not to long ago on some forum.

Thats like the threat I got for the GC scam I did via youtube, someone emailed me saying they reported me to gamestop and stuff like that and that the feds would come. My argument: "what did you tell them? That you tried to duplicate your time (which is exploiting) and you emailed your code to a random email and now it doesn't work?
These people were breaking the rules first of all and no sane person would waste time and money recovering some guys virtual games, especially if he was taking a risk in the first place.

yes ofc ur able to recall ur own account, aslong ur OO and have all the info that isnt hard at all, you might need the cd key aswell you made the account with, if you dont have it just write that it never said that you would have to need to save it.

or you can just fill their webform on their site.

they may request you to verify ur identety, i didnt need to when i recalled my account but ive heard of others that had to.

Scamming your own account is just plain stupid, tbh, especially if he knows
where you live. Yes, you can get sued for fraud. You can also get beaten up,
get your windows crashed, get expensive stuff ordered to your door in your
    name.. should I continue?

I don't recommend it, if you're against someone who is the least bit creative,
he can make your life hell

That is, if he knows your name and adress.

Yes, he could sue you, in theory. It's not considered stealing, so it's not a criminal offense, but you can sue for almost anything imaginable these days.

If he really could pay for a lawyer, then yeah, he might, but I doubt he can and will.
