Warrior proc spec build

hey i just hit 40 and i told meself alredy when i do thatr im going proc spec

can someone make me a build for proc? im useing a mace and shild

Here is for your lvl 41 what a war should do
I costomized it for your mace and shield too.
What you want now is all arms for heavy damage.
Once you get to a higher lvl invest your points into fury.

Arms Talents (31 points)

Improved Heroic Strike (3/3)
- Reduces the cost of your Heroic Strike ability by 3 rage rage point.

Deflection (5/5)
- Increases your Parry chance by 5%.

Improved Rend (3/3)
- Increases the bleed damage done by your Rend ability by 75%.

Improved Charge (2/2)
- Increases the amount of rage generated by your Charge ability by 6 rage.

Improved Overpower (2/2)
- Increases the critical strike chance of your Overpower ability by 50%.

Anger Management (1/1)
- Generates 1 rage per 3 seconds.

Deep Wounds (3/3)
- Your critical strikes cause the opponent to bleed, dealing 60% of your melee weapon's average damage over 12 seconds.

Impale (2/2)
- Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your abilities in Battle, Defensive, and Berserker stance by 20%.

Mace Specialization (5/5)
- Gives you a 6% chance to stun your target for 3 seconds and generate 2 rage when using a Mace.

Weapon mastery (2/2)
- Increases skill with all weapons by 4 and increases your chance to resist Disarm effects by an additional 100%.

Improved Disciplines (3/3)
- Reduces the cooldown of your Retaliation, Recklessness, and Shield Wall abilities by 10min and increases their duration by 6sec.

why the hell does a lvl 41 want to be PROT spec?

I'm not even considering Prot spec until i'm 70 and only if my guild needs another MT.
Good luck questing/grinding at Protec.
I was mixed and couldn't kill stuff 3 levels under me easily until I went pure arms! (And yes i had decent stuff).

fury ftw but yea, dont spec into protection, that will make leveling a biatch. i doubt that your gear is so 'uber leet' that you need to spec proc. try arms or fury. i would recommend fury, its a change of pace, and really fun ^_^

mah i was arms for so long (pure arms) i just wanted to change at 40
and i do have some "uber leet" stuff right now....its not that hard to grind with i like it so far....i might respec AGAIN....though i dont have enough gold

"uber leet" stuff at level 40 is an oxymoron.
You've just barely started wearing plate and you think you've got super gear? LOL - Yet you can't afford to respec.
You USE TO level well becasue you were ARMS not cause of your gear. DUH!
