    Heeelp with paypal dispute (Powerlevellers)

Ok, Im going to start a dispute now since the Powerleveling service has screwed me over, got me to level 5, used bots which they couldn't operate and got me suspended for 72hrs.

They said theyd give me a PARTIAL refund, which I reluctantly accepted (was like $11 less than what I originally paid) because I just want to see my money flowing back, but they keep saying 'wait 12 hour for boss', and Ive waited around 36 hours so I need to take further action.

Now Ive given them another 12 hours (threatened them I would start a paypal claim and CC chargeback etc.) but suppose that fails, I need some advice on the paypal dispute.

What do I list the good as, I mean I know it should be listed as 'virtual good', but since Paypal does not cover this could I list it as something else?

List it as virtual goods and make an unauthorized account claim, best chances of winning but not 100%

You can call your CC company and do a chargeback through them. Tell them they havent given you the promised product and they keep dicking you around on refund or you can say you didnt authorize it. May take a few days or so to go through but better than losing a claim on PP and never seeing it.

    Hi,

Just to let you know I basically just opened the dispute and listed it as hardware/software for some reason and wrote a lonf message to paypal about how I hadnt received anything (i said item, didnt specify) and copied+pasted a chat log with the live chat service that showed the company bullshitting. Now Im unsure whether this made any difference, but within 24hours I had a full refund so I'm not complaining.

Company must be gutted, I offered them the opportunity to refund me $50 (which was around 2/3 of what I paid) for leveling me to level 5 and getting my account suspended yet they refused the offer.
