OMFG! Big Acc Scam Problem! READ THIS!

Well it all started with:
I scammed a lvl 40 NE Rogue's acc (with a trial acc)
Now i did the AH thingy and got the gold he had.
Gave half of the g to Onyxa.
After months shes running and spamming in WoW (Yelling) OMG I GOT SCAMMED PLZZ HELP!!!
Then he meets Onyxa! (from MMOwned) that tells him I (my RL main!! He tells my name (RL name) and all other things!) scammed him.
He begins to chat with me and i am getting scared!
I said that it was my BROTHER that scammed her.
He said ok and all and hes mom wanted to talk with my bro (ME!) and Onyxa in the mobile
She talked (called) to Onyxa about it.
I said that i wanted to speak with HIM (the real boy)
He said ok and call'd me up, i said that my bro was crying in the kitchen and he coulden't speak to him. (lie)
He said oki another day.
Onyxa tells hes mom about it.
Onyxa's mom says if i EVER! get Onyxa in this again i cannot speak to him (HE SELF ACCEPTED THE GOLD GODDAMN!) She wants to call up my dad!
The rogue finds out that i lied (ONYXA TELLS AGAIN!)
And now... What shall i do guys? I've stopped my WoW Acc gave him 600g (i only scammed 242g) but STILL! they're angry please tell...

Well.. You shouldn't be scared, since no one has came to your door and beaten you up?? If someone stole my account, and i knew about it, i would probably hunt him down nomatter country :P (maybe, depending on the mood i would be in.. But i would maybe just think wtf, and buy a new..)

Hmm... Here is what you can do at the moment..

First, you should not use the scammed account again..

You should keep your OWN main ofc.. Since nothing is illegal with that..

2. It's VERY ILLEGAL to say other peoples real names and info in WoW, there are VERY strong rules about it, so he and his little mom has broken that rule, and he CAN & WILL get banned if you report him when he gets his account back..

3. So, give him his account back, and say: "okay, you learned your lesson to be more carefull.. Think before you act next time."

4. Tell him that if he ever tells information about your real life name, address, etc, you will sue all what he gots of him.. Since saying those stuff in WoW, can have serious consequences..

5. If you speak with them again.. Tell her mother nice & friendly that it's NOT a matter between her and your dad.. It is a matter between you and the boy you scammed.

6. Since that boy is going towards the Edge, i will try to help.. PM me with information about, what Realm that Boy is saying stuff about you on.. If it's EU or US (i think it's probably US), and Realm name ofc.. "Emerald Dream" example..

What side, Alliance or Horde, and what Character name he uses to tell that stuff about you, and if it's in SW, IF, DS or EX he's going mad in..

I will speak with him when i get this info, and i will tell him the consequences of what he has done when i get it..

It's very important to remember, that trading accounts is illegal, but blizzard cannot act in that matter so much, but when it comes to saying stuff like your real name, address, phone number etc, they will probably do some bad stuff to him too when they will know about it.
