You could reach TemJT during WoD prior to Tanaan Jungle as part of a Quest only area.

How to come GM island in Legion?

I think that was somewhere under Winterspring in Kalimdor


Also GM Island was in Mop...I played Wod only until I reached lvl 100

You could reach TemJT during WoD prior to Tanaan Jungle as part of a Quest only area.

It was accessible through this quest: Destination: Unknown - Quest - World of Warcraft
After 6.2.0, the zone was removed/renamed to Tanaan Jungle.
