Interestingly, the "candle island" on live looks a lot more polished and has a lot of bones lying around, including some zerg as a Starcraft easter egg.

It's possible in 7.3... If an " Elite Exploration " private section for only explorers is on the way, I can reveal it, and reveal how to all explorations in the game, in videos

This NPC is most likely a Rare one, so "PlaceHolder Rare NPC"
