Would it be possible to tell where do you explore all these ?
Looks like phased exploration, but where do you start each time ?

yeah i'm full of legit tools like offline mode, crazy wall jumping, etc... Yes I can tell where it is, but I love attract mysteries and let the players search ! But for example, the old azshara, you know where it is I think because it's a world quest all players knows
All of my videos are instanced exploration, not really phased, it's like scenaries, dungeons, quests

I can help! The way to get to this place in particular with any class (the way that I got there) went away with 7.2. HOWEVER, and I haven't tested this since 7.2, it should still be possible through a few questlines that you experience during your introduction to Legion. I don't wanna spoil anyone's fun, so combining Mado's hint with my own should be enough.
