okay, I JUST TESTED IT, and no the name DID NOT CHANGE, it changed after the convo, and also blizz employs a spell checker into their client, it's pretty much a UI mod, there is a video of a blizzard GM, the mod checks spelling and allows them to interact with the website easier.
it just wouldnt work without it.

1. When you are with the GM it says "Your ticket will be serviced soon", it should say something that it's being serviced
