No, that's the original Emerald Dream. It's surprisingly still in the game after all these years.

Nope, they are all in their own instance. (Designland was actually only in the gamefiles for 2-3 builds during WoD beta)

However, Druids in legion are getting an ability to teleport to the "Emerald Dreamway" which is a small area with some emerald dream textures and objects. I believe its their class hall.

Flew past Newman's landing today and noticed something was missing. The goblin High Admiral Shelly and his guards are no longer there. Checked back two hours later and on two other servers too just to make sure, but no goblin to be found.

Aren't they pink/white squared boxes for collisions ? Can you get closer ?

I have to get to bed for the night for work tomorrow, but I think that bug is still active for now. I dropped down to one of the roots of the tree and ran that command. Once you zoom far enough you can tilt your camera so it bugs under the world like so. I tried it from Theramore and it was a lot more interesting. Didn't get screenshots though.

If the bug is still around tomorrow I'll explore a lot more.
