Dual-Plagued Brain Targetable?
I decided not to turn in the Dual-Plagued brain on my alt just to have the brain keep me company by sending whispers.
Well to my amazement sometimes I thought I was getting aggro by mobs nears me, but it was really just the mobs seeing the (invisible NPC level 1) Dual-Plagued Brain and killing it. So I thought maybe I could target it, and...

It doesn't actually follow you it just appears from time to time and mobs seem to love killing it.
