I searched for a topic like this, but i didn't find something like this exploit.
Okay here we go. At the Horde Encampment in Hyjal Summit is a little Barrow (see picture)

Just Blink throught this wall an voila



Now you are in the Borrow.

No they will teleport you to them, and there are casters.

well this isn't really usefull.. u can blink inside the building behind thrall too but really it's not usefull cos mobs teleport u or just run in (on thrall building) last time i tried it
