Walking on air
So certain big structures like some cities have an extremely low Level of Detail (Lod) version of them to be viewed from afar.
Normally these are never seen up close so to save space their collision data is just a big box around them.
However there is a console command you can use to change the Lod distance:
/console wmoLodDist
The default is 300 but if you change it to 0 you can do interesting things with it, let me demonstrate: https://a.pomf.cat/tsdadk.mp4
I don't know yet how many places there are that use these kinds of Lods, the once I've found so far are: Dalaran, Stormwind and Booty Bay.
If one were to find these in a raid or a dungeon however, it could become very useful.
EDIT: Certain methods have been discovered on how to use this exploit to your benefit in certain PvE encounters, I strongly advice against using this exploit to gain any kind of competitive advantage.
EDIT2: The exploit has been fixed, hope you got to enjoy it while it lasted! :)

Just tested, this can be used on Kil'jaeden to delay any knock backs. Once you turn it off the knock back will happen but by then you could have multiple knock backs on you that counter each other or a leap ability ready.
You might have to use the RAIDwmoLodDist command instead.

wow. Thats awesome. Couldn't you just kill Kil'jaeden and then turn it off?

What I meant was that activating the exploit will freeze your character in place since you are already inside the collision zone, not sure if you can use any abilities while you are stuck but since Kil'jaeden nor the players can always stay stationary on Mythic you will definitely have to deactivate it once in a while.

Just tried it in ToS, RAIDwmoLodDist doesn't work, neither does the original command. Don't know if it's only a problem for new raids, or user issue. Weird they'd make different console commands for raid and world

It's actually not weird at all since there's a toggle in the settings to have different graphical settings for raids than elsewhere. If it's not enabled you could try having that toggled from the graphics options.
Also where exactly did you try it? The only place with a extremely low quality Lod I've confirmed is Kil'jaedens ship.
Remember to add the space and the number to the end of the command as well.

I tried it in the entrance of the ToS, was trying to get up to the CoEN location in the ceiling above Goroth. Sucks, seems like it might not work I'll give it a shot on KJ's ship though. One day would love to find a way to get up to the in-raid dungeon location

Not even a little... I just haven't broken the habit of visiting OC.
