Use your Infinite Warframe on Argus.
When your awesome time of critting for 5 mil is over, just join a skirmish match, leave it instantly and your 10 minute cooldown on Infinite Warframe is reset.

Btw This works with skirmishes also, which can be useful as PG is a pain to set up.

I also have no idea why anyone would ever bother using the skirmish method, the queues are far from instant, once inside, it's another 45s til the arena actually starts. Using PG I can leave and join at my own leisure and it takes 2-3s max.

Edit: PG method fixed.

While Proving Grounds is fixed, I did find some way to sort of replicate it... Not entirely as I'm stuck on one part, but I would love some help on this.

When you que for the Proving Grounds, the dungeon icon near the minimap is gone. Teleporting out by using a Hearthstone allows you to stay in the instance group and brings back the dungeon icon near minimap.

By attempting to teleport back in, it says, "You can't do that right now."

Neither of these work in proving ground any more. GG blizz

If you leave instantly then you will incur a recurring lockout penalty which gets prohibitively lengthy over time. If you are going to do this for very short sessions
it isn't that big a deal, but for longer sessions you may want to wait till combat begins before splitting. There's a complex tradeoff between downtime and lockout
which can't be easily summarized.
