Tremendous Tankard o Terror

Currently the Tremendous Tankard O Terror has no level requirement. These are random and most of them require a level, but if you are lucky enough to find one without a requirement you can equip it on any level.

Ive seen them from ilvl 670 up to ilvl 810. The item does not scale to level and keeps all stats and damage even at level 1.

as far as i know you cannot recover characters under lvl15

I meant, if it's gonna stay equipped on any low level after they fix requirement.

It would stay on the character, but it would act like it is broken. Wouldn't benefit from the stats or anything.

Yep, confirmed in the hotfix patchnote:

Players should no longer be able to use high item level Holiday items at low levels.
