Underbelly not flagged for combat.

This isn't exactly an exploit but not necessarily intended, I just leveled a fresh 110 and got the quest "Secrets in the Underbelly" Your supposed to look for clues and kill an npc. Well you never get flagged, The downside is you have to kill an npc every few minuets but other than that you can open chest kill elites and fish for days hang out at the auction and never worry about pvp.

Yea its annoying attacking an NPC that appears and it does delay your AK but I think its faster than killing players for 10 eyes when i can loot chest with 400 with no competition or fish for days looting 8 eyes,

Just to update I have gotten to concordance on all my secondary traits just not may main. Not sure why guessing freezing the underbelly quest stopped the quest I was on but not the for other traits.

I wish I'd found this before I started farming sightless eyes. (too much rep handed out sorry)

There's another method monks and locks can use if they did this-get under Dalaran eg use Logan Heath's method here: under dalaran - YouTube

Then go into the pvp area and leave your soul/demonic circle behind a sewer grille, then you can port back to safety any time you get in trouble in pvp. (similar strategy works well in darkmoon arena).
