Infinite shield and healing in-world - secret item stack glitch

The item "skimmed milk" sold by Kurd Butterhoof in High Mountain stacks when used in different bag slots.



For all practical purposes you are invincible in-world. Fun for world pvp and world group content (no one will die with you healing at 1000%+).
Invaluable for levelling.

(For those who know this about this I held off for as long as possible but there are now multiple bug reports on the official forum, some of them
are even coherent).

I wonder if this works in the Mage Tower. I'm a bad player and can't get that done the right way, so it would be awesome it it works. I'm not able to play right now, but when I can, I'll try it since the Mage Tower is still up today. Even if not, it'll be fun to troll my friend when we duel, because Warrior self-healing with this is just hilariously broken in theory.

EDIT: Only asked because some other overworld glitch used to work with Agatha, but I can't remember which one it was.

It works in instances like mage tower or proving grounds.

This does not work in the Mage Tower (at the time of this post) - not sure if this worked prior, though the creator's video there says it only works for in-world content, as in non-instanced. I just tested it in the Mage Tower and received the "You can't use this item" error.

Aren't the mage tower fights somewhat different? I think some of them are set in aszuna which has world content rules-maybe others don't.

Mage tower is an instance so can't use things like Last Deck of Nemelex, (shit you can't use in instances) etc..

Yeah you cant find the item any longer from her, at least on EU realms I guess it still works on US realms since it is still labeled as ACTIVE?

Nah, the active doesn't really signify much. It hasn't appeared on the US realms since the EU fix. This exploit is fixed to my knowledge.

I have no idea how to change the "active.". I'd appreciate a heads-up if there is actually a way.
