x3 absorb dmg from legendary neck (dmg maybe too?)

Hi,

Dunno if anyone will benefit from this tiny(?) exploit(?)

1- Go to Dalaran, The Underbelly
2- Find and talk to Fizzi Liverzapper <Experimental Potions>
3- Complete the quest Experimental Potion: Test Subjects Needed
4- You will gain this buff Experimental Potion
5- Move out to transform, wait for the neck to refresh its buff and now u have x3 absorb dmg!
6- Profit(?)

edit: It stays for 30sec tho

Maybe it works for other things that store(?) ur damage, cause the buff triple your HP and Damage!

My HP is 3.1m, and i get 2.9m absorb damage (usually only 800k +-). I think it is exploit.
Also I wanted to share it, maybe others can benefit from this exploit Or even improve it.

Your hp is higher with the buff, that's what it scales off of. Same thing happens if you un equip all your gear after getting the shield.
Where would you be able to go with this larger shield? Does it persists through loading screens? Map changes? Like what's the actual use of this since it's posted in exploits..?
