Thanks to this midly interesting exploit, you'll have (almost) no limit!

Yes my friends, this exploit allows you to go to places no one even care about in the blink of an eye! All you need is to :

1. Find one of the many ley races expeditions on the broken isles
2. Place a portal next to it,
3. Jump on the saber to start the race
4. Click on your portal.

And... Surprise, you just arrived somewhere you never ever wanted to go! But how does it works?
It's quite simple, ley races are coded in such a way you'll always get teleported to the starting point once they're achieved... But this teleportation point is only defined by XYZ values. For instance, Val'Sharah ley race will teleport you to : X:1681 Y:6415
No matter the map you're going to, you'll end up on this map's precise location.

I'll update this post so can know every place you can get to thanks to this exploit.

This is to do with how the game interprets your location path, not sure why but if you remember this video I made the same shit happens, combo it with a warlock:

Thanks Hazzy I absolutely love watching these. Blizzard should make it a feature.

I hate to mention it because Allifeur obviously came up with this himself but Qtdemon posted the same basic method
over on xploration Ley Race Teleport, Useful?.

That said, while it is not my call, I think Allifeur has added enough for this to stay up as an indepedent thread, I just wanted Qtdemon to get proper recognition also.

It isn't class-specific, it is just mages have more portals.

Haven't tried it with death gate but most times it gets you in the arse end of nowhere, d/ced then returned to a gy location on the edge of the mainland.

No. If you have world quests unlocked, then I highly doubt you haven't completed the legion death knight intro quests, thus your death gate will take you to Acherus in the Broken Isles instead of the Eastern Kingdoms. If you're in the Broken Isles, then your map hasn't changed, so you'll just end up at the starting point of the quest as intended.

The location you're teleported to from the exploit is fixed in relation to the coordinates of the physical map, not the coordinates of the destination of the port used to trigger it. You must enter a different map to make use of this exploit.

I don't have a high level death knight, so I was thinking about old Acherus.

What just came to my mind is, start the race and queue for a battleground/arena. Will try this next time I see a race wq.

Every time I've tried that I get ported into nowhere, then reloaded into the starting area.

Because it is a world zone those co-ordinates don't fight on a bg map, they are mostly tiny.

The Ley teleport used to work if you managed to die on the tiger also, and you CAN manipulate the coordinates. There's also currently another exploit with it where it puts you in Godmode but reduces your damage slightly. Keep looking

Wasn't sure if someone already mentioned but using Death Gate on sabre just takes you back to the start of the race.
Can also do Darkbrul Arena world quest on sabre by just tagging mobs and letting others kill them,and if you enjoy some
cheap laughs go to a summon stone or anyone fishing and use the attack ability on people summoning or fishing as it
interrupts them,really confuses them when they have no idea whats happening.

P.S Also in the right enviroment (Ill let people work this one out for themselves if they want)can do World Bosses multiple times for multiple loot.
