Depends. Are you farming in a place where mobs are constantly re spawning in an instance and die in one hit, while gaining charms faster than intended by Blizzard? If yes, then you are at risk. If you are farming legitimately, in a place where you're getting charms at a pace that is intended then you are safe.

I doubt we have idea what criteria Blizz have chosen to perma ban those charm farmers. Guess they have annoyed someone, but I have some banned and some intact, when both parties were farming 24/7 for a week.

maybe if you posted it here we would know what you are talking about specifically - as it it, it reads like:

'dont do that thing at that place with the you know what'

cause we just dont know what people are getting banned doing if you write like that - if you want to post a warning, be specific what you got banned for doing

I'm pretty sure most of what we all do in game isnt intended by blizz
