Killed him 35 times, got one 870 item, two 860 items, and 600g. On the 35th kill I got a legendary. You can also tag the boss, and queue into another group in a another realm and you'll get loot for both kills. US server.

I'm probably gonna get banned.

Also did repeatable [In the Thick of It] in Suramar when it not been fixed like ~12 times and no ban too, i think i'm just lucky.

I dunno if all bans are already handed out but Ive done 5-7 times on 4 chars and no ban so far. Needless to say, I've never gotten more than 1 item per char.

Appears to be hotfixed. Just did it, managed to get one "bonus loot" off of him, tried three more times and was unable to receive any loot.

This work with all the world boss, just tag multiple boss before the first one you tagged die. usually i got 4-5 loots every week, but just 1 time the quest reward

Just tested right now on Levantus and that does not work, when i join in lfg party my target not changed, just % hp changed and i got loot one time, so this been work only with this bugged Na'zak.
