This is the second world boss this week, seems not to be intended, however the world quest is doable, go to Suramar and kill him while you can.

If that's the case then I would like to mention to everyone trying that repeated abuse of this is what will get you infracted/banned as has happened with similar loot exploits in the recent past.
I have only the killed the boss once and won't be attempting any more on my main account.

You can also hit boss in 1 realm then join to group from another realm and hit him again, and got loot 2 or more times, just got it now when i'm already been in Dalaran.

This work with all the world boss, just tag multiple boss before the first one you tagged die. usually i got 4-5 loots every week, but just 1 time the quest reward
