Rogue trick for the Karazhan Timed Run. (Timesaver)

Hey all.
Today when I was running the timed run in the new Karazhan to summon Nightbane on my rogue, I discovered a nifty trick that helped us shave off at least 2 minutes of our run. The trick is super simple to reproduce and most likely not intended due to its effective cheese on the whole run. (I put a link for more info about the timed run down below.)
This next sentence sums up the bug:

Vanish does NOT cancel the channel on the Soul Fragment (purple crystal).

This means that you as a rogue can go to a Soul Fragment which is surrounded by hostile NPC's and still manage to channel it without the need for your group to clear the area of NPC's. This bug is benefitial on 3 out of the 5 required Soul Fragments, while the remaining two are locked behind killing Moroes and The Curator respectively.

Step by step for 100% reproduction (It is easy, i promise.)

1. Move (stealthed) within range of the Soul Fragment.
2. Begin the channel, this will break stealth.
3. As nearby NPC's run towards you, press vanish.
4. The channel continues but you are now back in stealth and out of harms way.
5. Profit, you now successfully replicated the bug.

Bonus tips and discoveries:
All the ghost in the hallway leading to the Maiden boss with the word "Sentry" in their name CAN see stealthed units, make sure to have them killed before you attempt the Soul Fragment in that area.

In the Spider room, makre sure to have the big purple patrolling spiders killed because they CAN see stealthed units as well.

The white webs on the ground in the Spider room which spawns the smaller blue spiders does NOT put you in combat if you move over them while stealthed. Because of this you are able to handle the Soul Fragment in the Spider room with ease.

I do believe that Moroes detects stealth, can' be 100% sure though.

Doesnt matter. You need to kill moroes for his keys to open up the way to the curator

It dosent works for Moroes you need to kill him before.
Works on first, second and the fourth crystal, the spider one is tricky but you can do it solo if you use invis potion.

@jextex1 - Nice and clean video showcasing the exact method I described in my post! Good note about the spider room, just remember to save that crystal for last (before you head to curator) if you decide to invis your way to the crystal with a potion as you can then just use the portal to get back!

Out of curiosity does this still work?

I know when I did Kara last we had a druid healer and what we did was let the healer go into stealth and run the normal way all the way down to the stage to start the opera event. Whilst they did that we ran to the left hand side and tucked into the closest corner to the stage and let the trash kill us, then the druid healer would mass rez us and we would be on the stage.

Then after the opera event the druid healer stealthed again and ran past then the tank would pull trash back to the stage and we would die near the door and the druid would mass rez us up further again (sorry I cant remember exactly where the second rez was only that it was on a ramp)

Did a Nightbane run on Monday, December 5th. We had our Rogue doing this trick, and it worked fine. So unless Blizzard hotfixed it this week, then I can say that this probably still works.

i did my weekly nightbane run yesterday ( i'm rogue) and the trick still work fine dont worry guys
