Today ive noticed this when i was doing my daily run for the mount. when i was in the boss room, i didnt touch any of the mobs but i used my outbreak on the stairs wich is the longest range possibe to hit him, it hit him and the fight started without him being unattackable because of the talk, and he was lootable instantly. Hope this helps to someone who appriciates time as much as i do.

If you started later than BC you probably didn't know (I didn't).
