I haven't owned a Mac for a long time so I can't test myself, but does Mac have the Battle.net launcher? If so, try setting the language inside it to Russian and launching your game.

Wow, that is a lot easier than changing the config file.

Also if anyone wants to play with the Chinese censored client you can do that the same way, most bones and skulls are gone.

So first off, if you guys are interested in name changed your characters to one of these names (which most will get name changed back, so I don't recommend it unless you catch a non super inappropriate one) you can do a character recustomization with this trick in effect, and you can name change your character. You aren't able to do a paid name change because it is via the site and not the WoW files.

A good name if you want one that most likely wont get banned / name changed is Hot. It's a great name for a mage, and is for some reason on the ban list.

Got it to work on EU Realms as well

Changed config file to the following:
SET portal "EU"
SET textLocale "brUS"
SET audioLocale "brus"
SET agentUID "wow_brUS"

And those names are free as well

JUST GOT IT WORKING ON EU! , Set all of the locale settings to "brUS" to bring up the window to select the languages and select italian!
