Timewarped gear. Ilvl requirement enchants is not needed. [Minor]

I found out that you can enchant timewarped gear ( 675 ilvl ) with enchants that has an ilvl requirment.

Tested a belt buckle and a chest enchant (615 and 605 timewarped gear). Did not work for me.
Maybe because it's a purchased item?

Unable to reproduce this tried with multiple enchants and on multiple slots, get the error "Target is too high level"

Edit: I did not try on the vendor items that say "requires level 80" since I did not purchase any of them though so it may be limited to those types only if this works.

It worked for me when a person used the enchant on my gear ( a player with the enchanting proffession. )
