Also note if you happened to vendor some of the items as you were leveling/timewalking and restore them at lvl 100 they will scale to your level as well.

Leveled my druid through timewalking this past week from 81-88 and just hit 100 will restore all the items I vendored and attempt to see what happens.

UPDATE: Restored all the items I got on my alt, and I can confirm placing a "Timewarped" item that is level 71-99 into void storage will will instantly upgrade it to 100 not sure if it would do this on lower levels or if it only resets the item to your level. May make for some SUPER crazy twinking if it chances it to 675 at any level.

Simply place the low item level "timewarped" item into void storage, like a 333 ilevel from 85, and it will be 650 ilevel instantly. Assuming you are level 100.

I had these items in my void storage, but after I took them out they didn't scale to my level. Tried an item restoration, and swapping it back out and into void storage (at level 100) but it does not seem to work. Ideas?

Haven't figured it out. I put them in void storage as soon as I got them, and when i took them out they're not permanently stuck at item level 300 even though I'm level 100.

Have you put them in AT level 100?

Also are you using the vendor items or the drop items? Vendor items would say "requires level 80". I got it to work on drops but did not test vendor items.

I tried both vendor and drop items, and yes I put them in at 100. I got the vendor items resolved by saying that I logged in and they were lower item level than before the reset. The GM deleted them and 're-created' them before mailing them back to me. However, the dropped item just got permanently stuck at 200. I'm not sure if this is useful to you guys, but it seems like they have some sort of internal modifier that persists through restorations and void storage swaps IF you put them in as soon as you got them, and take them out at 100. A possible fix might be keeping them in your bags until you hit 100, and then putting them in and back out.

The weirdest part was that I bought them at level 91, and when I took them back out of void storage they were all stuck at 300 (which is mid 80's scaling, i haven't been that low since cata) not the default 264 or 675.

This is either fixed or poorly explained. I put a bunch of level 80-95 timewalking gear in my void storage and tried withdrawing it at level 100, it did not change anything about the item. Vendoring and buying back the items had no effect either.

I'm fairly certain they fixed it. I left a few of the items I tested scaling up in void storage and they have been lowered to their lower level.

If anything they've made void storage do the opposite in scaling now by fixing this bug as I've seen several reports of people saying their level 100 items scaled down after being placed into void storage.
