Freeze in midair without hacking

I found an interesting bug with deepstone oil, aspect of the fox, and swap blaster.

All you need to do is use deepstone oil, and then have someone swap blaster you while they are in midair by using fox to cast the swapblaster while moving and you will FREEZE wherever you were ported too. Even works if you are mounted as shown in the attached screenshot. Note: unlike normal uses for deepstone in midair, you do NOT fall after being ported. You hang in midair.

it is best to use a gnomish gravity well bounce just before casting so you don't fall too far while casting the swapblaster.

Does this work in pvp? There would be some gamebreaking applications...eg jump into the twisting nether in eots with the flag and freeze yourself, then run down the clock.

I think the swapblaster was disabled in battlegrounds, but I can't be sure since I haven't pvped since Wrath lol. Leap of faith or other abilities which move a character just might trigger the same effect, but I have not tested those.

You are right, it was disabled. However they brought it back with a cooldown, nerfed flag swapping, and the neural silencer to counteract it (which no one actually bothers with).
