Stay forever in Darkmoon-Island.

I discovered that you can stay in Darkmoon Island even when it ends and the new race NPC's are there.
And the best thing: You won't get ported out of the Island.



What you have to do:
When the Darkmoon-Faire has started, Logout in the Darkmoon-Island, before it ends and 10 Minutes later you can enter..

What you can do ?
Solo Darkmoon-Rabbit.
Solo Moonfang.
Fishing.
Dailys.

The Darkmoon-Chest isn't there.

lol ? What is it then ? Normally, you won't be able to stay in the Island, before 6.1.
In this case, it is an exploit.

It was just a bad joke about your, er, "high standards" concerning exploits posted on this forum. I didn't mean
anything nasty by it, just being stupid. jk means just kidding.

not true. on the day of the patch, I went for the character (to add items to the tab of heirloom items), which had been left at the fair. And I kicked off the island.

Exactly the same happened to me.

I did have a character stay on the island once during mop, but was never able to replicate it.

You can't stay at the faire forever. However 2 days before it opens you can log in on characters you still got on the island and not be ported out.

What I mean is that the teleport spell is deactivated two days before the faire actually start, so you have to not log in on a character for almost a whole month to get a small headstart.
I tested this several times since the release of the island and it still works.

You can stay in the darkmoon faire, which I have plenty of times, but what the op and others got wrong was the fact that the only npcs around are the race people, but you cannot interact with anyone. The rabbit is never there either.

So this is only a theory which is not belong here. You can take some hot screenshots with the NPCs with the calendar open at least. :P
