How to level your unarmed+How to spawn lots of griffons/wyverns

First of all you need to do the Flawless Flame quest chain (Thottbot World of Warcraft: Quest: The Flawless Flame) From this quest chain you receive Thottbot World of Warcraft: Torch of Retribution or The Torch of Retribution.

The thing is this weapon does no damage at all, whatsoever, none, zilch, zip, nadda.
This has a variety of uses but I'm only covering two here.

You can use this weapon to raise your unarmed skill. Since it does no damage you can attack a low level mob, even a rat or a level 1 skeleton without it dying. If you are higher level you should regen fast enough for their damage to be inconsequential, and you can AFK level your unarmed skill from 1-375.

Fist weapons do NOT raise unarmed.

tried hitting the windrider in Thorium point....
2 birds spawns and they came after me and killed me.

The fist weapon does damage...so you cant get a level one wolf and attack it forever because it will eventually die...this deals NO damage...so you can do this even on a rat or something

Won't work on critters as they run away. You would have to engage in combat for this to work so the mob doesn't flee from you and doesn't go and wander away from your melee range.
