Crusader enchant +100 str

Crusader enchant still gives +100 str on proc for 15 seconds. Best enchant for low lvl fun, i dont think it is intended. Sry for my english.

Just to add, Shadowmourne and warglaves are more effective than current weapons!

Warglaives and shadowmourne has been nerfed. But mongoose and crusader enchant are still the most op enchants.
