Does this work in arena?

Let's say it could work in arena, why would you want to try it? Most bans that come are not because blizz detects things against the TOS, it's because people report you and THEN they investigate... seriously, arena matches piss people off. You are almost guaranteed to get reported as such and you know how easy it'd be to check arena logs for things?

Agree with Sklug, if you don't do this obviously in a bg, even an rbg, no one's going to notice, they'll think its a soulstone or something. People aren't really paying that much attention, they have a ton of other stuff to worry about.
Arena is another matter. It is a very personal thing. Your opponent is taking as much interest in you as himself.

All of the above is true. I am unsure if it even works in arenas. Arenas and RBGs are the MOST safeguarded things I have ever seen in WoW. Nothing gets in and nothing gets out. Even so much that if you change your bars around in the arena, it will reset them when you leave the arena... that is how safeguarded it is. I assume it will not work but if it does, use at your own risk... Although It would be pretty fun to get 2200+ like this lol!

And if you use any form of teleport away from the elevator, you can use the ress anywhere. Just dont go back to the elevator.

how u ress the dude? ... then example if your in a 5s arena battle u need 5 people to join how can be the 6th party member ress u? .. can he ress you without being in party?

Testing now, phase still works... will let you know in 5 mins if we can still get it or not.

It still works. It seems to instantly turn your body into bones if you fly off the elevator. To avoid that, just simply port to another zone then join a battleground. (Hearthstone, Mage ports, summon, etc).

Invalid target happens sometimes.. you simple did not hit the timiing. try again

for the arena and the whole be in party. you dont need to be in party wiht the person you are ressing.

you NEED to use some sort of teleport to get away from it.

a nice tip to anyone trying this.

if you wanna know if you got it working, simply try to ress the target. (before wasteing your teleport)

You can ress the person even tho he is alive. if it says invalid target. simply ress and try again.

Something worth mentioning: If you're a horde player this will not work with the elevator @TB since it will log you out instantly instead of starting the logout timer.

edit: Hold that thought, It seems I got it working without the use of a logout timer and without "accepting" ress :O When ressing the dead body it does indeed look like it's working, no "invalid target". Will update when I know for sure

edit2: Forgot to mention how I did it! As normal I walked to my dead body and onto the elevator, but then walked off then on again. (couldn't see the ghost on my other char after this)

Confirmed a new (i think) way of phasing that doesn't need you to time pressing the "accept" button. Instead of accepting ress before logout, just let it log you out and when you log in again accept ress. PM'd OP, hope he adds it to his post.
