Instructions:

1. Go to Zeb'halak in NW Grizzly Hills, Northrend.
2. Find mob "Drakkari Plague Spreader".
3. Get their debuff on your class pet.
4. Take somewhere and kill stuff.

Note that hunters can keep the debuff on their stampede pets forever (credit: phansawat).

Are you sure? Nothing comes up on search for this site or google when you search by the name of the mob or the debuff.
I always check before posting using a number of different keywords. misspellings etc.

This is a pretty strong buff. I would not have thought it would last indefinitely if posted publicly.

It is still working (just tested). It may not be apparent in the the video that it can take several minutes
to get the debuff, the editing is deceptive. Try pulling a few more mobs if you are impatient.

Hunters only need to do this once for their stampede pets, so a good investment of time IMHO.

Working on EU, just tested.. you should pull around 2-3 mobs and wait... it took me around 7 minutes just for one pet...

No, the buffs are up every time you use Stampede.
