Alright i have had over 7 accounts banned and unbanned, and although this is very simple, and i mean really simple, all you do is reply to the "ban email" with, "Im sorry for whatever may have happened, but i have no clue what you are talking about, (and if you want you can add in some, maybe it got hacked???). Anyway this works 90% of the time for me, only failed once. Not trying to get any praise for this just was reading a post saying its hard to get accounts unbanned and i disagree. BTW this is for perma bans not suspensions.

This does indeed work. At least it worked for my friend about a month ago.
He got banned quite awhile ago and decided to write to Blizzard.
Beware, he sucks at English. And start from the end as I just copied the mail.
What he actually did was that he traded the account with a friend of ours, who tried contacting a GM about reimbursement on a Rogue. I guess the GM got suspicious about the IP addresses, there should even have been a Chinese IP address as well, as he had just got a char powerlvled.
Edit: It should be worth mentioning that when they banned the account, Blizzard wanted all kind of info, INCLUDING any kind of ID (Driver's License for example). When he sent this mail some months later they didn't ask for anything.

Tried this some months ago, didn't work at all. They kept sending the same letter about my ban all the time. (This was for botting.)

I think that will only work if you have played computer with diffent IP, if they can see that acc has only played on one IP then they will not belive you...

Sent a mail like 40mins ago, my acc is about 2yr old, banned like nearly a year ago. ill post to say how it go's.
ive been banned twice and it really does work if u just act dumb to wat they are on about and apologize for there inconvinience etc (i cant spell ^^)
