Hunter Bug

The pet is located in AQ40 the part where you got the gauntlet Vekniss Soldier
Pull out the pet to save location and kill off the small adds. When you cleared the small adds you can try
taming the bug and it's exotic only works for BM spec.

What the buff does it buffs everybody in raid with 20% attack speed

You will see the pet is buffed with Frenzy Aura. The bonus with the buff that it's stackable bring more hunters in group with this pet and buff and you will have x20 attack speed

You have to use kill+tame method like with other pets that keep their buff if you do it right.
And the person that kills the add at end of tame cast has to be a melee does not work with CASTER DPS.

For the one taming the pet has to hit this macro and spam it as you need to revive the pet before it drops dead or dings
if done right it will instant dissapear and will not appear in your *Call Pet* and you have to relog to make him appear.

I think by kill/tame method he means the same method we had to use to tame the raptor that looked like a patch of fire, Telta.

saw someguy complaining about this on mmochamp the otherday, some chinese guild taking 3 hunters on herioc madness, didnt bother trying as i dont raid but seems like it could be quite useful

this exploit is old as ****, been using it since t11. our guild just never uploaded logs to keep it secret.

uh oh, a bug that will have an unwanted effect on pve. Blizzard will patch this within the hour, unlike all the game breaking pvp exploits that takes them years to fix.

oh i did it :X but without macro.. seems not to work 4 me with it.. so just spam normal revive pet

the macro never works for me, i get all my kill/tames to work by just spamming revive. i have'nt tryed this one yet, but on most other tames i get it with 2-3 shots. flaming boar near 1st shot every time. just spam revive.

Edit - and there are heaps of pets that you can tame with a buff, maybe there should be 1 thread (sticky) about pet buffs and people add to it each time so they dont need to make a new thread each time.

I have been trying to do this around 10 times now, 2 things is happening. 1 - When the pet is killed, and im spamming either the macro or just revived pet, i am actually reviving the pet afterwards, and with no sweet buff, or ill spam the macro, and the pet dies, and shows up in my call pet bar, il relog and cant call it out without reviving it, and if i do so, it wont have the buff ... anyone knows what im doing wrong?

Want to know what pet you are trying to tame with buff. And if you do tame kill method are you sure doing it with a melee dps? Because with a caster it's not working anymore. And if the macro is not working for you i know from my experience that you have to hit revive after tame ends and your melee hits the pet just once. If you hit revive twice or spam it then 80% of the times it fails.

1. So macro not working hit revive just once don't spam it.
2. You can only do it with melee dps.

If you done it right the pet will not ding or fall dead to the ground before dissapearing because with some pets that lose debuff after death will dissapear.

And i agree about having a thread with pets you can tame with buff. As i got a lot more with damage buff and some game breaking pets i would like to post too instead flooding the exploit section with new threads.
