Eye of Eternity LFR Trick

We all know that the fourth boss of DS is Hagara, who resides in Eye of Eternity. this trick requires you to have a guild with Have Group Will Travel and good timing.

First: fly to Coldarra (home to Nexus and Eye of Eternity, above Nexus). place yourself outside the entrance to EOE.
Queue for LFR FIRST 4 BOSSES.
After third boss, try and gauge the time it takes for the portal to really open in DS to how long it takes people to make it to the portal. if you do it too late, people wont take summon because they are already there. if you do it early, they will be all "waaat how u inside hax!"
Use the "teleport out of dungeon" tool to get back to where you positioned yourself. since you are now in a raid group, you can zone in.
Summon the raid with Have Group Will Travel
Anyone who takes the summon will see nothing wrong with the situation at first

After enough people are inside, start the event to lock them in. after locking them in, you have your chance at a mount without the trouble of getting together a pug!

im not sure if this isnt an exploit, id imagine blizzard doesnt want you to be porting premade raids into other instances to do content though. thats my basis.

unfortunately this does lock you out of the instance for the week still

This would be fun to do just for the lulz, haha. Might help to just have a friend in the LFR instance to tell you when the portal is opening to do the summon. +rep

pretty lols but the wotlk load screen n the bigger portal named exit portal gives it away to most ppl atleast anyone who played wrath but if u get enough bads from lfr to take the bait its def feasable :P

i ended up with 18 people in my group there, besides, once you see the loading screen you are already going there

Jea i saw this happening last this week, its fun tho. We beaten the shit out of malygos and cintinued on hagara after xD

I don't think that summoning people to Malygos while in LFR is intended, I see this more as a bug with the new system introduced in 4.3.2.

An exploit is taking advantage of something that was not intended. The cross realm raid feature is intended to be through Real ID only. Therefore, summoning non Real ID friends to a non raid-finder raid is an exploit.

I can't try this yet since the realms are down, and sorry if it goes against posting theories, but could this be used to summon a lfr group to regular DS? If so it would be a way to exploit the limit of not running current raid with cross-realm realID friends. You would just have to form your raid with say your guild and whatever RealID friends you wanted in the raid, queue up for lfr. Once you are in the LFR raid have one person leave and summon everyone to the regular DS.

I don't think it would since every time you would run into the portal to Dragon Soul you would get put back in the 25-man LFR difficulty. In theory, it can be done with every raid except for DS. I'm pretty sure you'd be stuck on 25-man Regular difficulty with whatever you did though.

Ahh you are probably right. Forgot you cant summon people inside of raids from outside of them. I'm personally not a raider so have never really experimented with any of it.

It would be kind of cool if you could talk an entire lfr group into switching from lfr DS to say reg firelands. It would be like we created our own version of lfr for older raids.

you might be able to

-Create a raid, run inside DS 25 normal, queue up, and get in combat
-Once you get the queue you cannot zone in because you are in combat
-After you did not get automatically zoned in, leave combat and mass summon

I have no idea whether that would work, but would be nice to see the results
