i always use keywords in mine and most of the time they're answered with an hour

Talking to support now, I got through before I even finished the number sequence, tech support has never been less than 15 minutes for me I'm calling legit even though I have no standing here being a sneaky leecher lol!

What I've always done anytime I have to call in, is hit 2 for spanish, then say Habla Ingles when someone answers, gets me through pretty quickly.
