Step 1: Click on the green eye in your minimap and click "Leave dungeon"
Step 2: Log out
Step 3: Log back in
Step 4: Wait 15 minutes for another dungeon que.

No need to wipe your group or jump glitch around .

It works. You can't get debuffed while offline, so you teleport out of instance and then log off. Confirmed.

Oh yea, wait a minute or two to make sure the group actually kicks you, they can't kick for the first minute you are offline.
