JC bug: Icy Prism CD does not reset

Been sat on this for 3 weeks.

Icy Prism CD does not reset to midnight, it doesn't reset at all.

You can make as many as you like (make sure you open the one you created in your bag)

Dragon's eye can be converted to Nightmare Tear and sell for 400g. (server dependant)

Maybe the percentage of the player base that don't yet have Cata? Who buys them is not a concern of mine, the fact is that they sell.
