Afk in battleground, no macros / hacks

hi all, i just found out that if u join the que for a bg, example eots and you put on /away and disable "auto cancel afk mode" in interface you wont get kicked from bgs even if u just sit there and afk!, tested 3 times works perfect

You can only get the debuff if people report you afk. That's why you want to hide if you use this.

That's great, but how do you get the away tag in the first place?
I just tried entering while I already had it but it gets removed the second I enter. So I tried /afk and boom, straight out of the BG.

Even if you "hide" people mainly report you from seeing you not moving on the map. Every time I join a BG I report people like you because it wastes my time. Its not hard to see when people are AFK'ing or botting by following the nearest person.
