"Looking for someone to make me a <insert high lvl tradeskill item here>, i have the mats"

Tell them you can make it and too meet you at the AH Bridge/Front of bank near mailbox.

Take their items (plus a little tip for the troubles)
Now mail them to your main.
Logout and delete your toon (wait for the items frist)
Chuckle to yourself.



!!!!!! ONLY FOR THE DARING(or those without a heart) !!!!!!
On your main, tell them that you can make the item.
Listen to their sob story.
Tell your friends about your lewts.
Chuckle some more.



Rinse and repeat.
Ive done this twice so far with my 40 alt. Once with a Black Dragonscale leggings.(60 Black Dragonscales!!!!)
and the other time with a Hyper-radient Flame Reflector (everyone needs those)

i could be wrong but cant the GM's track the alt to your main and still take action against your account eventhough you deleted the character?

As long as they hit the trade button, you can just claim that you thought they were giving it to you.

nope u couldnt just say they were just giving it to you because they log your chat and can tell if you said you were going to make them something or if they are giving you something. And this is a bannable offense called fraud and unfair play. Im sure a warning will be giving first.

they give no warning i got temp banned for abusing the Mailing system ^^ it was funny (so they can track ppl)

Yup, it is trackable because I once got a 3 hour ban (they banned my account from 4am-7am, as if I'm going to care) for calling someone a hick and they sent me an email with the exact chat log. GM's can track just about everything you do.

I've only ran into a GM once, and that was when I opened a joke ticket telling them I was "LFG Hogger", he told me to go to Orgrimmar and battle the creatures of the depths there and acquire a master sword which I could use to harness his own power... (gotta love RPing GMs), after I took a boat - note I was a level 10 alt - and repeatedly died in Theramore the GM appeared and /smiled at me, then ported me to SW.

This is a scam, yes blizzard will find your alt and check the account for the main. Scamming is against the ToU and they have a 0 tolerance policy for it.

Hmm... I wonder how they track things.. I've noticed in the WoW folder once theres a folder called "WTF". I opened it, opened the "Account" folder that was inside, and opened one of the random server folders (Dunemaul that time) It had all the names of my past and present characters. So I wonder, if you deleted those, would it delete the logs of you making that character? >_>
