The place i use to get easy weapon skill is DEEPRUN TRAM!!!
Instant spawning Rats there. I went from skill 1-200 in just 2 hours! (Not in just one row OFC :P)

... obvious, i see a ton of hunters killing these guys at lv 60 to lvl bow skill with their quest reward bow. kinda old.

Actually, if your a class that is able to heal yourself.. say a paladin or shaman, you can go to Blasted lands in that camp just south of Nethergarde Keep, there is a mob there that is named different than all the others and when you get him to 1% health he doesnt die.. Hes a horde quest mob if i remember correctly, so you just wail on him til your out of mana then run, mana up and go back to town on him. This is what i always do, works great. The mob is around level 55, so i suggest being of or around that level to do this. Ill figure out what the mobs name is and repost. I recall he is south of the tunnel in that camp, hes wearing different armor as well. Goodluck!

Or also in SMV go attack one of the elemental guys with the totems around them. hit the mob not totems

I go to Hellfire Peninsula and attack one of the level 54 flying mobs in the valley of bones. As a Shaman (even though I'm enhancement spec) I can just sit there and swing away refreshing mana stream totem and hitting shamanistic rage when it comes up and level any weapon straight to 300 in about an hour.

You can pull them as far as you want , they normally get pulled to SW on my server and face an SW boss, then SW starts to lag with people getting free weapon skill, i got all my weapon skills to 300 on my mage .
