New + Improved chest enchant! (Twinks)

Hey guys, just found this beauty recently and wanted to share it with everyone here. I want to say now, this is only MARGINALLY better for level 19 twinks because they can get a lot of stamina on their chest that makes up for it, but for level 10 twinks, this is amazing.

To anyone saying that level 10 twinks are awful, please stop talking now (SO.... MUCH.... AVOIDENCE)

Anyways, I'm sure anyone with a twink knows that the 100 health enchant doesn't work any more. As annoying as this is, I found out while going on my levelling rogue (with his old level 1 twink gear) that they didn't actually change the mechanics of the 150 health enchant to be level based.

Anyone with a level 1 twink knows that you can get 150 health on a Simple Black Dress or a Haliscan Jacket (If you want the armor).

To anyone saying useless without pics because they are too lazy and cheap to go try it out:

EDIT: People are flaming me because they don't understand the thread.... I'm NOT just saying "Hey look, this enchant can be put on this chest". EVERYONE who twinks level 1's SHOULD know this. The exploit is that while blizzard made the 100 health enchant NOT WORK FOR ANYONE UNDER 30, they made the 150 health enchant usable by ANY level on that chest....

So yeah. To wrap it up for the lazy ones:

1. Buy Haliscan Jacket or Simple Black Dress.
2. Get 150 health on the chest.
3. I'd say ??? but that joke is so overused.
4. I'd say profit but that joke is so over used.

The point of this thread is NOT that you can enchant 150 health to the Jacket. The point of the thread is to show everyone that it still WORKS, because people don't know that 150 health doesn't have any level restriction, because they made 100 health have a level 30 level restriction in patch 3.1.0

I repeat, this is NOT to tell everyone that you can enchant the chest with 150 health. It's to tell everyone that blizzard overlooked it when they made 100 health unavailable to twinks.

AFAIK, there are four robes that DO NOT bind on pickup/equip, have NO level requirement, and are item level 35+.

-Simple Black Dress crafted by Tailoring, roughly 2-5G in mats.
-Royal Dangui sold by vendors in UC, SWC, and Moonglade, ~29G.
-Green Wedding Hanbok limited supply sold by Geenia Sunshadow, somewhat rare, ~14G.
-Formal Dangui limited supply sold by Geenia Sunshadow, VERY rare, ~51G.
-Haliscan Jacket Added in patch 2.4.3, Tailor Pattern bought from Hauty Modiste in Tanaris.

This is useful to note because it allows you to apply one of the newer Burning Crusade enchants, such as Exceptional Stats, Exceptional Health, Resilience, Restore Mana Prime, etc., making them real powerful chestpieces.

They become so powerful that really, your best alternatives are to acquire the mats for +4 Stats and apply to superior chests in the 15-19 level range. But one important feature here would be lost... and that is the superiour chests would be soulbound, and therefore not reusable.

TLDR version: You get to make a resellable chest that's real good for leveling lowbies from 1-20+.

If your a spell caster Inferno Robe - Item - World of Warcraft is your best bet. The quest says req 20 but its been confirmed obtainable at 17 or so.
