Seems like it's dropped from a mob named "Terokk"

from the "Terokk's downfall" quest.

so, get a portal out to shattrath, or a summon, and do this repetable quest with your twink (but make sure he doesn't level) and hope the item drops.

You'll be the envy of all the twinks in the battle ground, even those twinks with Arena Grand Master, Fishing hat, Boots, and the Furbolg offhand.

Tip, Exploit, I say it falls inbetween the two catagories,

I doubt this is working as intended though,

I'd imagine there will be a level req. added soon.

but, who knows?


Edit: for slow people, you'll need help with this, you need someone with the quest to summon him, and people to kill him.

I still prefer grand arena master on my rogue, the health can be bubbled >.>

and the +10% ( is it +4% after nerf? ) dodge is better

I do however, have 2 of these on my pally right before my account expired.

But my rogue's gonna stay with 78% dodge >.>

but my account expired so i cant see if he got nerfed lol.

can anyone confirm that? someone told me they messed with the dodge ratio...

They said that they were going to nerf dodge rating for twinks by making the dodge rating for lvl 35- count as lvl 35. (lvl 19 twink gets the same amount of % dodge from 12 dodge rating as a lvl 35). They did not do that, and neither they did nerf the fishing rewards.

ive never seen a twink with that trinket, nor have i ever heard of it.Sounds really good in 29 BG where ambush is a 1K crit ordeal that makes clothies and non-twinks cry spawn after spawn.

i never cared about crit in 19 rogue BG, dodge and dmg was my thing <3

nicely specced, you got around an 80% chance to crit with ambush. Man twinking was fun, gotta get my account paid somehow >.<
