this is more of a guide than an exploit.

The achievements [Got My Mind On My Money] require you to loot 1,000/5,000/10,000 etc money. This money is supposed to come from mobs that you loot.
However
Looting from bags also counts for this achievement. However this can be seen as common sense (which, tbh, it actually is), you can use this to speed it up greatly.
The best examples of this are the argent tournament champion dailies where you can choose for 10g bags (x4), but also the Fishing Daily bags, the Satchel of Spoils from OS and the bags from rares.
I have been able to get the 25,000 gold achievement in a very fast time by just hunting for rares, and doing the right dailies everyday.
The achievements:
100g
1,000g
5,000g
10,000g
25,000g
Hope this helped

"As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. But the wind passes over, and soon all disappears; and his place will no more exist."
This achievement even give anything worth while? or is it just for those massively useful achievement points.

I have found a much easier way. If you are decked out in gear and don't care about any gear from instances like OS or VOA, here is a good strategy that works even if it is on master looter.
When the boss is nearing death at around 1 or 2%, leave the raid and loot the boss before anyone else can. You will have full access to the 200-300 gold on the boss without sharing it with anyone. They will not even know that you did it because you are no longer in the party so they don't see you actually looting the gold.

You can work towards this achievement by:
Looting cash from monsters (Vendoring grays or other items does not count.)
Looting cash from openable items that create a loot window.
Looting cash from enemy player corpses in battlegrounds.
Receiving cash from when a raid/party member loots cash from monsters.
Pickpocketing cash from monsters if you're a Rogue.
coppy and paste from wowhead, so... did you find this out or just paraphrase it?
