Tagging is not banable, but i'd still recommend either just running him through instances or letting him quest. Those levels hardly take any time now anyway.

No, but if you tag inside an instance, GM's WILL reset your characters level. I tagged mobs in UK from 70-75 (WIth help of a friend) before a GM PMEd me telling me that "mob tagging" inside an instance is not allowed and considered a "illegitimate use of game mechanics". He then proceeded to bring me back to level 70. And MAN was I PISSED!
